Most heads are. Except the heads most pieces might be cleaned pretty easy with e.g. turpentine. 13 Euros Police Task-Force: Boat 4010 - instructions included, but some parts are missing 6354 - 100% complete with building instructions 6664 - just the instructions and a handful of minifigs 25 Euros Rallye-Sport: 6634 - 100% complete with instructions additional car, no instructions and I don´t know if its complete or not.
