Please don't quote an entire post with lots of pictures without a very good reason. Use the reply button, not the quote button (there's a difference ).

Is it possible for someone who knows iPhoto to write a tutorial? I apology for my un-savvy tech skills. I've been playing around with it for awhile. I re-size the pic to 150 x 150, but it doesn't save.

Thanks again for whoever can help.

Since you have iPhoto, I assume you also have Preview, which is easier to use since you don't have to Import and Export every photo. Open in Preview; go to Tools > Adjust Size.

Hi,

I'm sorry if this is not the best place to put this question, but didn't find any better, and thought it was not worthwhile to start a new topic with this.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to resize an image within a post, with some specific commands or parameters in html or BBcodes?

Made several attempts and all failed.

I know that if I've some large image I should resize it before and post here the resized image to save bandwidth and flickr offers multiple sizes for the uploaded images.

But if I've a small image that I want to display a bit larger, or I just want to do a small size adjustment among images, such option would be handy.

Thanks!

Hi Conchas,

Can I instead recommend:

i. Just adding links to flickr to take advantage of he availability of multiple resolutions.

ii. Small image a bit larger.....not much to be gained by doing this...better to post the small image and let the reader zoom in if you don't want to link an 'enlarged' version externally.

I know this doesn't answer your question...but I'm not aware that what you are after is possible.

Hope that's a little bit helpful anyway.

Happy bricklaying,

LLL

Ok thanks!

That's what I'm just doing.

Was just looking to get a bit more of it, as it is possible to do in some other forums. But if we can't, that's fine ayway! :classic:

Thanks once more!
