You can find the details in there. Post your idea there. If the admins find it viable to host one, they will defintely adopt it. On a side note, EB members are not allowed to host a contest unless with admins' approval.

Yeah, but you see a topic is kind of wasteful when you can just post in an already available one. Just a suggestion to post there instead, but I do like your idea.
