hikouki Posted Wednesday at 03:29 AM Posted Wednesday at 03:29 AM Recently bought four minifigs from the minifig factory: one griffin on one transaction; and a griffin, kraken and paradisa on another. When the first one arrived, the griffin dark red print was off from the left edge if you look closely. When I got the other three, the printing was way off from one edge. Further, the kraken had some misprint on the back as if the printer was squeezing out its last bit of ink. Very very very poor quality for an USD11 figure! I sent the photo to Lego on a complaint and they refunded me. I had bought 5 minifigs before and I did not have this bad of a quality issue. Quote
MAB Posted Wednesday at 08:26 AM Posted Wednesday at 08:26 AM I guess there will always be problems with a service like this, where machine calibration will slowly change. I imagine for many people slight offsets won't be an issue as it is just a bit of fun, whereas for others they will want a top quality product. It is probably cheaper to refund when someone complains than check every order before sending. Quote

You notice the defect right away and on ALL 3 items in one batch which are different torso designs! Quote
