AwesomeStar Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Ladies and gentlemen.. I present to you, the one, the only MILK MAAAAAAAN!!!!!!! Backstory: Roger Yank was bored of his daily milk rounds, and was tired of constantly being robbed of his milk. In the middle of night he robbed his rich uncle Bob's house, stealing his money and technology. Over a long 18 months he worked endlessly in his Pasturising Barn, creating a enormous jet-powered Milk Float. Once he had finished, he unleashed his milky-goodness on Lego City, roaring into action as Milk MAAAAAAAAAN!!! *Cue music:* Nanananananananananananana Milk Man! Milk Man! milk man! MILK MAN! Pictures coming later today. Stay Tuned! Quote
Tenorikuma Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 If he built up his identity by stealing from his uncle, doesn't that set on the path to being a super-villain instead? "The Curdler Always Gets His Whey!" Quote

"The Curdler Always Gets His Whey!" Eh, his uncle stole the money from HIS uncle, so technically, it's okay. And nice catchphrase, mind if I steal it? Quote

AwesomeStar Posted August 18, 2008 Author Posted August 18, 2008 Ah, so his uncle's the villain then. Use the slogan if you like it, I have more. Exactly. And I have Milk Man's side-kick: Bread Boy! Thansk for letting me use teh catchphrase. Much obliged. Quote
Skipper 24 Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 can't wait to see these pictures. They'd better be good which I'm sure they will be. Quote

I'm using my brotehsr macro lense but he won't open the parcel as he's working on a MOC. Just a lil wait. Oh, and my cat smashed the Version 1 Milk Mobile so I had to steal all teh pieces back and rebuild. Quote

LuxorV Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 A bit blocky, but still an intersting concept. One thing: I'd add some kind of visible propulsion unit or something like that, to show the advanced (stolen) technology it was built with LuxorV Quote

It did have a jet engine on the back, but my cat either ate it or hid it. He does that. Thanks for the comment, from such a car master as yourself. Quote
Joebot Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 Yay, more Lego superheroes!! I'm happy to see somebody else jumping into this genre! Other than my own Unlikely Society comics, I've never seen anyone else do much with their own made-up characters. Obviously there are lots of Lego versions of DC/Marvel characters out there, but I like seeing people make up their own superheroes. Looks like a great start, AwesomeStar! Now, you just need a villian for the Milk Man to fight. A hero is only as interesting as his villian. Good luck! Quote
AwesomeStar Posted August 19, 2008 Author Posted August 19, 2008 I can't see any pictures. Pointless topic. The pics work fine. An d I indented a lkink, just click it. Quote

Intresting Superhero and intresting mocs but theres still alot you can make them better but thats the same with everything. Quote
AwesomeStar Posted August 19, 2008 Author Posted August 19, 2008 Thanks, all of you. However, I regret to inform you that Milk Man is... dead. Sorry! My cat destroyed the Milk-Mobile, again! This time he hid a lot of pieces and the hero's super-vehicle is beyond repair... On the brighter side, I salvaged Milk Man and Bread Boy, and am using them in a new, unrelated MOC! And it features a CITY- sized milk float! Good god! Once again, I'm sorry. ~A.S. Quote
Pencoin Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 You might wanna sort out your cat otherwise other mocs could be destroyed, makes sure she is wellfed cause she could be trying to get attention for food/drink and if she just does have alot of energy try getting her a toy like a clockwork mouse or a rubber ball, or even trying seeing if she go outside and just have a run round, if this doesnt help maybe try but your mocs in a box . He's a he. 2. He's pretty much overfed. He is just the Monster Cat of Sunny Side (my city). Im gonna do what you suggested and put Sunny Side in a box, on top of each other, they are all just road plates with Flat Houses on anyway. A flat house is my quick way to make streets. Just get some of the tall windows and put some pillars next to them, give it a fence, and repeat it until you run out of stud-space. It really works. I will be posting Sunny Side - Pencoin Street soon. ~A.S. Quote
Pencoin Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 Sorry i just said that because my cat is a she. Glad i could help . Quote
