I have built the frame and installed the first computer. Now it wants me to connect my IPhone to it. But my phone will not load the program. It connects to the small computer fine, but I get no controls on my phone.

I have previously made sure that all the motors work. I am wondering if this "Trade war" with the USA is the problem?

"I am wondering if this "Trade war" with the USA is the problem?"  doubt that that is the case.

Which iOS version does your phone have? Does it connect to the HUB?

Should work the same on iPhone of course.

It really is a small computer, some call a microcontroller, and TLG decided to call it a "hub". Even a "Powered-Up hub" ^^

Just trying to get on the same code page :D

Hope it will work out for you!

Great addition / explanation: sometimes it is really hard if one deals with electronics on a daily base to keep it understandable for 'lay people'. Mould King huh, I guess they use ESP32 microcontrollers in their hubs?!

Hmmm - the Mould King crane comes with a dedicated remote, doesn't it? No idea what's in there, but an ESP32 would be kind of an overkill, with one of those as brain you can control an Apollo command module and lunar lander, fly to the moon, and safely return to Earth. On the other hand, an ESP32 WROOM board sells for $2.49 on Ali  - and they make profit ...:pir-wink:

They put it in everything, I don't like it, but they do. One reason they are so dirt cheap is that they produce that many of course. But even Cortex microcontrollers (e.g. RP2350 which is a dual core M33) sell for less than one euro these days. RP3250

Yeah. And that's for end consumers ... well, “good” for us nerds.
