Lancia Stratos inspired MOC (1:16)

Hi there,

I'd like to present my latest MOC: a ~1:16 scale model of the legendary Lancia Stratos.

The model consists of approximately 1,200 pieces and includes a variety of detailed features and functions:

Opening doors
Opening hood and trunk
Working pop-up headlights with an activation switch
Detailed interior
Detailed and removable engine
Fully detailed underside with exhaust system
Approximate dimensions: 26.5 cm x 14 cm x 10 cm (LxWxH)
Optional stickers
Optional custom-made windscreen and wheels by 3DSuperCarBricks

I built the model last year to participate in a building contest hosted by the famous MOCer 3DSuperCarBricks. The challenge was to use his custom-made windscreen, which is an absolutely awesome part! The idea to build the Stratos came to me quite quickly because the real car has a windscreen with a similar shape.

The build was a lot of fun, and as always, I wanted to include as many details as possible. The first pictures show the version featuring the aforementioned windscreen, along with a set of custom-made wheels, also from 3DSuperCarBricks. Additionally, I created my own stickers to give the model its final level of detail.
