YellowFrog Posted January 3 Posted January 3 After a castle has been abandoned for many years, left to the elements, the vines have grown over it and the birds have started using it for nesting. However, the castle's story is not over. As per the guidelines of CCC (Studly Builds), no tiles nor curved slopes were used in this build. Quote
Feuer Zug Posted January 9 Posted January 9 Nice ruins and pastoral scene. I'm surprised the locals didn't use the stone for other building projects. The fencing is cool. Quote
zoth33 Posted January 9 Posted January 9 The owl nesting in the hole is a great idea. The vines and the pumpkin patch are very nicely done. It's a very lively build well done. Quote
Corydoras Posted January 9 Posted January 9 For some reason I really like the little blue roofs. They are very simple, but neat, and add a nice splash of color. Quote

Thanks once more: I had to deconstruct the farmer's wagon from the Lion Knight's Castle, but I'm happy how it turned out. On another note, this build ended up winning the CCC category of Studly Builds! Quote
BrickJagger Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Good stuff here! I like the effect you achieved with those rope-like pieces. Quote
