Has anyone ever been put on a Bricklink "Stop List"?

Apparently, despite being a "First Class" customer, I've ended up on someone's "Stop List" on Bricklink as he's decided he "doesn't want to sell to me".

I'm kind of narked right now. I've got a perfect record on Bricklink!

None that I can think of. I've never had a single point of negative feedback on BL and I pay super-promptly for all my orders. I'm very annoyed!

Hmmm...the plot thickens. I am beginning to strongly suspect that I am an innocent victim of some petty bickering behind the scenes. If this is the case, then the word "pathetic" springs to mind.

Odd... I have been put on a stop list, but its sorta not my fault. You see, I ordered for my friend (cos he is afraid to make an account) and he was gonna pay for the goods. After a week, I got an email from the seller telling me they hadnt received their money, I asked my friend, he said he forgot, and that now he doesnt want it. So, I have to tell the seller to cancel the order cos my friend is an idiot. They cancel order, some crazy stuff happens, I am on their stop list. Like I said, its sorta not my fault.

Have you been writing some controversial in the bricklink forum or been having a dispute with someone else lately? I've seen such things lead to being put on a stoplist.

Just drop him a message and ask why he has stoplisted you. Could just be some stupid misstake.

If he wont take you off his stoplist for some silly reasons just take your buisness elsewere. Even if it's annoying, being stoplisted won't affect your other buisness on BL AFAIK.

He's stoplisted everyone in my LUG it seems. Upwards of 100 members, probably the biggest LEGO spenders in the UK. It's his choice, and his loss - this seems very shortsighted to me.

Haha I guess someone in your LUG has really pissed him off then. But I cant think of any dispute that would make him ban a whole LUG. Anyhow if it's so I guess it's time to bring your money elsewere.

Perhaps the best thing would be to contact him directly. I've seen things like this happen in the past and a little communication usually works it out. If not, his loss for missing a good sale and a good seller. If you go to him with good intentions, you will probably get a sale going. If you just post things about him on internet forums, he may not want to sell to you...

Considering how many shops are on Bricklink I'd just move on to the next guy. Unless that shop happens to sell lots of stuff you need at a cheap price I'm sure there's someone else with comparable inventory and prices.
