8 Large Ev3 servos in one Ev3 brick

Hello, I am new to Lego Ev3 and just wondering, is it possible to use 8 large ev3 servos with one Ev3 brick? 

I understand that the Ev3 brick can only usually usually take 4 servos and 4 sensors. Is there anyway around this? converting sensor ports to servo ports perhaps? 

I am new to Ev3 and robotics, so I apologise if my knowledge seems limited : )

This multiplexer looks like it would work for motors. I haven't used it, so I can't vouch for it:
