Hi just after a little help really

ive brought nearly all the bricks needed for a moc yacht I found on rebrickable designer is Mjbuilds.

but I’ve decided to sell it because of space and I’m moving house. 
anyway would I be better off selling it as it is? or buy the remaining parts and sell ? and where would you advertise please ?
