hikouki Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 Might anyone know of a web site that lists the SW characters in the order that they appear in the movies, especially for each of the original trilogy? I wanted to feature my minifigs in that order. Thanks! Quote

I personally track them by movie on a spreadsheet for better accuracy but not have them in the order they appear. Sounds like a fun project. Quote

Yup, I started that thread and someone replied with that web site, but the minifigs are not in order though. Quote
Mr Ogel Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 (edited) Heieiei. You can sort the figures after date (or number) on BL and you can separate them with the help of the data on minifigs.nl. Ponit is that this is the only website I know which is differentiating the minifgures of the classic episodes. A few years ago I also created an excel for that but this will also not fulfill your needs Edited July 29, 2024 by Mr Ogel Quote
hikouki Posted July 29, 2024 Author Posted July 29, 2024 I don't mind watching the movies again, although this will take time to write them all down. Sometimes, I feel that there are random characters that were just named retrospectively. I also tried playing subtitles but they don't always name the person with the said line. Quote

Okay, now I got your approach. You want to have the minfigs sorted after the appearance in the movie, and not by production date by Lego? How would I do it? Copy/past all Episode 4-6 minifigs sorted by name three times and to use minifigs.nl to identify the minifigs associated to the three different films. Delete each fig on the other two episodes so you will have a good overview which fig is from which film. And the better you know the figures the faster you can identify them. In parallel sort the minifigs by date which will show you the set in which they appear, e.g Death star or Jabba sets. Actually these are the ones easy to identify. I would also advise to write down the timestamps of each scene with figs. After the first check there will be some minifgs left and you will have to identify them in a second review, especially as there are some minifgs produced a few times and accompanied by other differen tfigures. Anyway, it will be quite tedious and I am not sure about the added value. Otherwise it is a nice approach and I can fully understand such tasks. Quote

I already ordered bespoke movie-like backgrounds from an Etsy seller. Quote
