Replacement remote for Racers 8366 Supersonic Car

Hey there all.

Just brought a used 8366 racers RC car locally but it doesn't come with the lego remote.  Both buggy motors work but I am unable to test the rest.

I'm looking at some controllers on ebay that are the same 27.145 mhz. Will these work with the lego receiver?
