I have a doubt at step 99.
There is an annotation under the image and I am not sure how to position the black piece compared to the yellow one (flower shaped wheel?

Thank you. So I advanced in the construction and I block again a little further.

I do not understand how to install and hold the red part and the 2 small yellow washers
