Umbra-Manis Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 For quickly moving cargo around docks, cargo bays, and more, turn to the Hexadic Hauler! The latest development in M-Tron technology is here to increase efficiency fourfold galaxy-wide! Decided to dip back into the well of M-Tron for an industrial type vehicle. Originally I was working on a 4 hover unit design, but while working on the front of that vehicle, I thought the M-Tron magnet holder would be a good fit on the front, which led to this version. After that I decided to introduced some side models making even more of an industrial setting, intended as a loading dock of sorts. Now all I need is a giant cargo ship 3D View Quote
Alexandrina Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 This is our window into the alternate world where M:Tron returned for a 2023 line. Love the way you've combined old and new parts (are those arms a custom decal or a real part that exists somewhere? Either way they're perfect for a modernised M:Tron astronaut). Quote
Trekkie99 Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 Sick. Love the sort of insect like design. Are there any minifig heads in the six bulbs? (I forget what they're called lol) It could add a little extra touch of detail if done in the right color. Quote

They're the arms off of the Series 15 Astronaut! I don't think I'm the first to but them on an M-Tron body, but they look quite nice 3 hours ago, Trekkie99 said: Sick. I'm not sure they would fit, there's actually a ball joint protruding into the bulb because I used 2736 to hold those pylons together. Good idea though! Quote
Feuer Zug Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 The hauler is a unique design for sure. Love the inclusion of the magnetic coupler for the pod. The supports on the tower are cool. That's my favorite part of your design. Quote
