Help removing an old image

Hey! I'm trying to remove an old image I had, as it doesn't link to my flickr. Whenever I edit my post, the image refuses to leave.

I understand we aren't supposed to use attachments for our images, which is why I'm trying to remove it, but this one is apparently here to stay...

For some reason it is not letting me take it out, which is odd. @Jim does it need admin?

It is not showing in your gallery, where I can usually delete from.
