I believe some private person built this and some Chinese knockoff company stole the idea to sell it on Aliexpress. I do not want to support such theft, so I hope to find the real creator here and maybe buy the instructions from him. I could not find it on rebrickable.

Any ideas?

There have been quite a few rebuilds based on using only the official set and it is sometimes hard to tell them apart.

Although the IP probably still belongs to Warner Bros!

I guess they are trying to avoid using LOTR in the title even though it is used in the description, along with Elrond.
