I think Greg gave us a clue to 2009 way back in 2007.

Oh my god.

I think the being sin the Red Star are the Glatorian! Ignika Nui sorta flies around in space, then crashes into the red star, really a planet, and finds the Glatorian all there and stuff!

Good theory, except that he said the Red Star isn't the 2009 location. :tongue:

But hasnt Greg been known to tell fibs about the story before? If he hasn't, thats my theory gone.

Yes Greg has lied tons of times before so don't worry, but the next location isn't Red-star, I have a feeling that is the '10 or '11 story.

I agree. The Red Star is a mystery yo last-I doubt we will see it at all next year. The location I think will be that 'paradise' from which Mata Nui and the Great Spirits originate.

1b) No, because Ignika is not in this universe anymore.

1c) Simple. Think of the body like a house that can only have one person in it. When Mata Nui died, he left the house. Makuta then went and stood right by the door. When the door opened again, Makuta rushed in before Mata Nui could get in, so Mata Nui was stuck outside.

2) Simple.Makuta can possess a living body with no spirit in it. So if Mata Nui died and then was brought back to life, all Makuta had to do was get into the body first.

It's ironic how complex the plan was, even though the general idea was very simple. I' sent him a follow up, expect that soon...

Looooooooool. Greg does really love that word.

Now I understand when he said that the Plan required perfect timing. So..it was:

1)Putting MN to sleep

2)Letting him die

3)Revive him through Matoro's sacrifice

4)Entering in MN's body before the Great Spirit himself could do it.

5)Allow the Toa Nuva to reawaken MN, killing the best Makuta in the process and becoming the universe itself.

Makuta is badass.

WAIT! How come he can't use the Life powers? Didn't Greg say that he could make himself a body? Odd...

Greg Has just said on his blog that the next library event will be on the 13?? Anyways, He's going to bring the MN Brickmaster poster!!!!!! I might be able to go (It's 2 hours away, a big turn-off with the price of gas...) And If I do, I'll try to bring a camera. I have a feeling that that poster will not be leaving without him, and some 5 year old will win it in a triva contest that has nothing to do with the material I have down pat (i.e. 2005-2007 the "POOP Years", that the target age has grown up on.) Last time I lost because I didn't have Bionicle World, and forgot about the bleeping Crystal Serpents. I want Greg to do an in depth MNOLG triva contest, and ask about the Final Battle, I would beast at that! Anyways, the last event I went to (Which was the first event, not the one in July) was good. He told us all about the serials, and what would happen, answered questions (It was similar to the OGD, some interesting, most c**p.) Did the trivia contest (the prize was BA#4 signed, I had it, but It would have made a great gift for a younger fan...) then he signed things. This was really the best part for me, as I was able to speak one on one with Greg (This was because the local kids had had a Moc contest, and were all pooping them selves when they saw the prizes, a bunch of older sets, that Greg and the library bought.) He signed some of my stuff, and I was off! Well, I'll see if my parents will let me go, I'll have to get good grades, and not mess around in keyboarding. I bet I'll have to get a halo and wings until the 13th...

Ignika nui? Don't you mean Mats? He doesn't have his great spirit body so no Nui and he might as well be Tanma he will look nothing like Iggy only have his powers.

I wonder if Tarduk and Zesk will rumble, that would be cool.

I was just shortening it up. But yeah, that'd be cool. I hope Greg makes Zesk a total badass and freaking whack Tarduk. Just because I don't like Inverted Shadow Tanmas. :P

Bad news, I can't go to the event, I have to go on a d**n camping trip. With my luck, someone will go, but be afraid to give pictures due to the spoiler policy. I might find a way to go, who knows...

What's this whole event about? I'm not following it very well. Are they showing 2009 sets or what? Could somebody tell me? I don't know, don't yell at me for being an idiot. :P

BTW, good news on the library event with the MN poster, I have convinced another BZPer to bring his camera as I can't go, due to that pain in the a** camping trip...
