Wrinkledlion X Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 "Experienced" may just mean that he's done well in a lot of battles. He could be otherwise irresponsible or impulsive or something.
JINZONINGEN73 Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 He could be otherwise irresponsible or impulsive or something. Lol, ok, ok. So Lewa, the green guy, was a prankster who acted all young. Then Rascus, the green guy from Knights Kingdom was a prankster (a rascal, lol) who acted all young. NOW I'm supposed to swallow that this green dude is too?
Brickthing Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Man, the green sets always being the immature ones is almost as depressing as the fact that Taka just wasted another blog entry wondering about the philosophical. And there isn't a BIONICLEstory.com update yet.
Wrinkledlion X Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Well I imagine the kiddies that don't get books need a way of knowing Mata Nui's status as well...
Nightmare Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Just posted the info of Amazon and the links on BZP. Vertea, if you got an account there tell me, I'll give you credit. NOTE: Hasn't the Pirates month already passed? I mean... I want normal skin and emoticons back...
Tyranide Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Then Rascus, the green guy from Knights Kingdom was a prankster (a rascal, lol) who acted all young. Well, but there was another knight who were really young and acted stupid. Jayko, y'know, the one who became da king and all. But Rascus was the joker, yes.
Phantoka_Chirox Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Taka Blogging agaiN! matoran universe: Help me Mata Nui your my only hope!

Pencoin Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 (edited) I like Tarduk alot more now... and Gresh has the move. Edited December 8, 2008 by Pencoin
Mizzeh Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Bob Saget. The new update on BIONICLE.com sucked hard.
Pencoin Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Bob Saget. The new update on BIONICLE.com sucked hard. Which update?
Zarkan Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Lol, ok, ok.So Lewa, the green guy, was a prankster who acted all young. Then Rascus, the green guy from Knights Kingdom was a prankster (a rascal, lol) who acted all young. NOW I'm supposed to swallow that this green dude is too? Don't forget Matau, who was the king of immature green canister sets. Many here may not like 2006, but I give credit to Greg for actually making Kongu the first Air toa to NOT be a young-at-heart, treespeak abusing prankster. Bob Saget. The new update on BIONICLE.com sucked hard. It was fairly uneventful, but I wouldn't say it "sucked hard." Besides, it's obvious that Greg is trying to stretch out the blog as much as possible, since we still have nearly a month left until the next year. He probably has to make at least 4 or 5 more entries, so we've got to expect that at least a couple will be total filler.
Nightmare Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 As Mizzeh said, Dwellers in Darkness 7 is up. We see the Hagah saved, a good joke from Iruini following the green joker thingy (which was kind of fun after reading your thoughts about it here ) and the return of some good old comrades.
Refia Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Well, the new Dwellers in Darkness was certainly better than chapter six of it. Got to love Miserix. Shame he'll die. And now Brutaka and Axonn have arived as well, I think. Should be interesting. And we saw the two corpses of two Glatorian. All of that in one update, not bad.
Brickthing Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Now for the awkward question - How did Miserix determine that the organic tissue of the thousands of years dead corpses is not made of Protodermis? Doesn't orgainic tissue decay after death?
Nightmare Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Now for the awkward question - How did Miserix determine that the organic tissue of the thousands of years dead corpses is not made of Protodermis? Doesn't orgainic tissue decay after death? Some organic tissue left... Maybe blood?
Zainith Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Hello Greg, hope you are having a good day. I was just wondering, since you revealed yesterday that Zesk and Vorox are actually species names, not individual names, why does Tarduk looks so beast like as well? Is he/she just mutated alone or is it something else?Thank you for taking the time to answer :) He's not mutated. That is simply how his tribe is, the same way the Air Matoran were extremely agile due to living in the trees. So, you could say they are primate-like in terms of movement, being able to stand on two legs but walking on all four? I haven't said either one, I don't know if Tarduk will be animated in the movie or not, and if so, how they will depict him. A bit about Tarduk that I asked a couple of days ago.
~Wrack'n'Ruin~ Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Hiya!1. Just recently, Amazon's pages for Gresh and Malum put up some profiles. Gresh and Malum. Could I please confirm if these are right? It doesn't seem that way because I heard that Gresh was supposed to be Younger and normally that doesn't seem to gel with experienced. Oh, and it says Malum fights fiercely with his many weapons, "shoulder armour" included. Does this mean he shoulder-charges people a lot? 2. Secondly, I'm kinda curious about Mata Nui's inner workings. I was recently going through some of Alastair Reynold's Science Fiction novels, and there was a short story in the collection Galactic North. I won't bore you with the details, but basically: "he had discovered that the worms and the tunnels they dug through the ice (which were coated in chemicals which determined which way the worms went down them, much like a human brain) had become a massive natural information processor, which he believed either was or was becoming a sentient mind. " It immediately reminded me of Metru Nui and Mata Nui needing the Matoran to work. Is this analogy similar? Thanks! 1) It's too early for me to comment on this.2) Since I haven't read Reynolds' books, I can't comment on this. So I'm gonna say ""What a boring world it would be if we had answers for all our questions." =P
iLego94 Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Now for the awkward question - How did Miserix determine that the organic tissue of the thousands of years dead corpses is not made of Protodermis? Doesn't orgainic tissue decay after death? Well, I looked back on the chapter, and Miserix says "Fascinating. This armor is not made of protodermis. I would guess nothing about them is, from their organic tissue to their masks. Yet all things are made of protodermis. If they are not, that can only mean --” ~iLego94
Refia Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Hmm, so Tarduk isn't confirmed for the movie? I wonder how many Agori have a chance of not apearing. I for one would kinda like it if the small sets got a mayor role for once. Even this year I felt the Matoran didn't do much.
Pencoin Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 I think Agori will appear but maybe not the 'Main' ones we will see. Also considering Greg said there isn't jobs without purpose, Tarduk must be searching for atrifacts of importance?

You've been with the story long enough to know the small sets are never going to play big roles-they want to sell the expensive ones, remember?
