Another incredible diorama. Your attention to every detail on the vehicles, buildings, and scenery is amazing. Well deserved front page.

The tank, the figures, the buildings, the decals... This is a true masterpiece in a theme we don't see tackled much at all.

Thank you so very much! It really is an area of history that is not touched on too often by builders so I was happy to be able to bring it to life in this way.

Simply fantastic!

I have only one question: where does the tracks come from?

Thank you so much and those tracks, as well as the vehicles, are from Brickmania. They really are great and much more realistic and fairly priced than the official lego tracks.

Nice diorama, very realistic, rich on details, I really like it! Very intelligent use of the Brickmania M1 Abrams and HMMWV models

Thank you, and that is always my goal with their kits to give them a nice and accurate environment to exist, and be displayed, within.

Do they run well and smooth like the Lego ones? About the shape you're right: it's realistic.

I tried the Bluebrixx ones, similar to these, but the pieces don't flow smoothly and the tolerances are bad compared to the Lego ones ....I want to give a chance to Brickmania

In my experience they run well depending on the vehicle, if the surface they are running on is too smooth they will just slide but carpet and terrain they work really well usually.

Ok perfect, now the last two questions...

...for this configuration:

1) The right track links are the one and half wide or the double wide?

2) What is the difference between track links V2 and V3?

Thanks in advance for your answers :classic:

I am very happy to help

So I just checked with my own parts and that configuration fits perfectly into the double wide size track, however I am not sure if the perfect fit will cause any friction issues with rolling. I have seen these gears Bricklink part 6542b used with the double wide and roll very well however they are quite visually different than the one you have already selected.

As far as V2 vs V3 I think they are probably stronger and roll better just production upgrades v2 have been around for years, visually they look identical and all of my track links are v2 and are great so I dont think you could go wrong with either.
