the Inventor Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 (edited) What to do in Japan, right, visit a combini. This small convenience store has familiar colours, but apparently is not related to some famous multinational chain of retail convenience stores. LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted April 22, 2023 Posted April 22, 2023 Very well done! I like the tree with classic pink flowers in background! Quote

AstroFalcon Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 Love the little details like the machines outside, really cozy build. Quote
Redhead1982 Posted April 24, 2023 Posted April 24, 2023 It's a lovely build, nice and simple, but with lots of details. I wouldn't immediately connect it to Japan, though. The colors reminded me more of a certain gas station. Quote
the Inventor Posted April 24, 2023 Author Posted April 24, 2023 (edited) @AstroFalcon Thanks, I had fun designing those little details on the outside. @Redhead1982Thank you. About the setting, yeah a small supermarket/convenience store can be situated anywhere, I chose Japan for this build as I wanted to make a small Japanese town someday, that's why I placed the Sakura tree and small car in the first picture. The colours are based on the 7/11(seven eleven) store chain, which also operates in Japan. Although I chose to use those printed tiles as the store sign. Edited April 24, 2023 by the Inventor Quote
Crazy bricks Posted April 27, 2023 Posted April 27, 2023 Love the lighting in the building, really brings it to life! Quote
