tin7_creations Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 (edited) Here's the newest additions. I am officially out of helmets to build onto, so I will now focus on making molds. Resin versions should be available by next week, if the mold making goes well. Also, a note to Norrington, I really wanted to do Mr. Rat, I actually did one, it broke, and I ran out of brown sculpey, so forgive me. And ImperialShadows, I hope you're happy with the Scrooge McDuck, it turned out pretty good (the glasses aren't sculpey, I twisted a paper clip) I also hope you can continue making decals for all the new characters, your work is beautiful. I'm not sure about Scrooge, I think it ended up too big, mostly too wide. I like the glasses and how the hat works for him, but the head itself is definitely too wide. It's probably because of the meet and greet versions of the characters being so disproportionate to the animated versions and my being used to the Duck Tales version the most. As for decals, I'll keep doing what I can. I finished Ratty in my thread and will pick up Scrooge, then Pooh and Piglet next, assuming they wear clothes. Oh, yeah, Pooh wears a shirt at least. I can't remember Piglet at all. Google to the rescue. Quote

Once I get more helmets I'll remake, Roger Rabbit, Stitch, and Scrooge. Quote

Don't worry about it. Your work is so good it's worth extra waits! Keep 'em comin'! Edited July 4, 2008 by Norrington Quote
Shadows Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Scrooge, Pooh and Piglet added. Pooh and Piglet are very plain, but cartoon accurate. Scrooge is pretty close, but I'm not happy with the way the dark blue looks, though it is the official LEGO colour. It's hard to really do much about that. Quote
DarkYamiDragon Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 Yay! It's Pooh Bear! *remembers fond childhood times* These look really good, except I would suggest putting the smaller size minifig legs on Piglet since he's supposed to be small. Well, smaller than Pooh Bear, at least. Quote
