Once again, Dan finds himself in Nocturnus, this time investigating rumors of a clan of Vampires that had been crossing the border into Avalonia and preying on its citizens. During his trip, Dan ran across a mysterious fellow traveler. After a tense first meeting, Dan learned that the traveler's name was Trevor and that he was a vampire hunter. Together, they set out for a suspicious castle nearby, and now find themselves fighting for their lives against a host of vampire soldiers ( Who seem to be a bit less hospitable than those from Shadowmere )

Notes:  This build was inspired by the vampire survival game V Rising and the Castlevania series on Netflix. C & C appreciated :classic:

The floor mosaic and curtains are my favorite parts!  The blue flames and lanterns fit well with the style.  My biggest critique would be the transition of the main arch from vertical to curved stone is not smooth.

The new BAF torsos fit well too.

Once again I find myself liking the unusual black background.  The windows are great, especially the curtains, and I like how you are able to get a long rectangular hallway without making a corner picture of a room.  The bat motif throughout is well done, particularly the bat mosiac, and I like the simple yet elegant lines of the whole piece, which feels very uniform.  Well done!

An Avalonian has entered Nocturnus, in Guilds of Historica! Hey! Quick, build the vampires! Suck the intruder's blood! And off to sleep again!

Memes aside, great to see some classic vampire activity in Nocturnus! The curtains work well indeed, nice use of teeth as well. I also like the figures, icy blue lanterns and different bat motifs, nicely done! My biggest criticism: not a fan of the technique used on the pillars, I think it makes them look too segmented, but that's personal preference. Nitpick: I think turning the lady vampire so she charges towards Trevor would strengthen the scene a bit more, but I imagine her face and torso prints would then be obscured to the viewer.

The windows and curtains are rather creepy! They remind me of lungs and a rib cage, almost as if you have ripped open a torso.

Thanks! I definitely agree with your critique, I used the same archway technique in the past, but the sides were partially covered so the gap was not as noticeable.

The unusual background is my light box 😆. It’s a black background that is kind of reflective where the sheet curves.

😆 I see what you my mean about the pillars, I was kind of trying to go for a column style with the lines running down it rather than smooth circular ones. The lady vampire I liked the fig, so I was trying to not block the printing. Thanks for the feedback!

The bat icons throughout really tie things together!
I have to echo everyone's praise of the windows and curtains. They look great and fit perfectly in a vampire's castle
