Playing around with some 3rd party "waist capes" that I think really fill out the uniforms.

I like it with the Union soldiers because the color is the same or similar to the uniform. It doesn't fit with the Confederate, the color of the waist cape looks light brown.

I like the use of the POTC torso's for your confederates, I will be adding these to my wanted list if I can see them cheap somewhere.
