Ayrlego Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 The Aksumite Empire was a kingdom centred in Northeast Africa and South Arabia from Classical antiquity to the Early Middle Ages. Based primarily in what is now northern Ethiopia, and spanning modern-day Eritrea, Djibouti and eastern Sudan, it extended at its height into much of modern day southern Arabia. My (hopefully) first entry into the African category of the Summer Joust 2022. Based on the Age of Empires Ethiopian watchtower. Quote
NOD Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 The tower has a very beautiful and interesting architecture. Quote
Sheps Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 Excellent architecture and those colours (in the landscape and building) work together so well. Keep up the building in these rare architectural styles - no one else is covering them and the results are great :). Quote
MontyMatte Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 I agree with the previous ones. Wonderful combination of colors and great little details. The plants are also beautifully staged. Great work! Quote
