Hello, Im really sorry if this not allowed but like most people I'm a massive fan of LEGO and ET...It's ET's 40th Anniversary this year and wanted to create something simple but memorable from the movie.

It is not allowed, as stated in the site rules you agreed to upon registering.
EB is not a promotional tool for Ideas, but we do encourage (and promote) posting creations with a nice description and pictures. So, please edit your initial post to be more like a model presentation, rather then an ad for Ideas.
Then, if someone likes it, they may go ahead and support it.
