OK, this is my impulse entry for GAW's contest.

Droid Storage Pods were used as an easy way for the Trade Federation to keep their droids, as well as to maintain them. Once placed inside, the droids were then kept inside a membrane, effectively sealing them off from anything in the air that would cause their armour to decay. Once every so often, fluid, specifically designed to add strength to the armour was pumped in. Maintenance equipment was kept near by for easy access and in case of emergencies.

Sorry about some of the picture qualities - I had to use my neighbours camera.

Hope you enjoy!

Its a nice little MOc, and very creative.

However I think the trade federation wouldn't care even remotely for their Battle Droids, since they can mass produce them. Maybe these comfy little sacks would be better for a super battle droid, but not for the common battle droid.

Still, a geat creation.

I agree with Belloq, its unlikely the Trade Feds would make such advanced structures just for one battle droid. They wouldnt care if any droids die in battle, just as long as they get the job done in numbers, let alone matinence for a few dents and scratches.

...Nonetheless, its a great creation, keep it up.

I too agree with the posters before me, the CIS probably wouldn't care about some battledroids. Besides, this structure would take a lot of space on their ships...

But anyway - it's a cool creation and there's no need for it to be accurate :classic: Well done

Thanks for the comments! It was originally going to be storage for a droid prototype but that didn't go so well, leading me to just place a regular battle droid in there. But I do get what your saying about the CIS not going to great lengths to store B1s.
