Generic Question time!! 41999's on eBay do we think they are mostly legit?

The 41999 4x4 Exclusive has been on my wanted list since I missed it on launch during one of my dark eras, and I have been debating buying one for a few years to build. (The sacrilege! )

I am now in the position to do it, but I keep hesitating over the buy button on eBay for fear of buying a fake model and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this being the case with this set before I buy?
