I’ve been seeing a lot of class 91s recently at Leeds station in the UK and with their retirement coming soon, I felt inspired to try replicate one in Lego form. I chose the 6 wide format for a number of reasons, but I won’t bore you with the details. The choice of a 6 wide format means that the proportions of the loco are slightly skewed, but I think this adds charm to the model! For instance, the LNER logo is very oversized.
I am keen to hear any feedback and I would be happy to go into the details of the model with greater depth if anybody is interested (possibly in a YouTube video).

Have a great day!

P.S. I recently came out of my ‘dark ages’ so my part inventory is restricted to pieces from the late 90s up until around 2010.
