[GBW] - F2 - Republic of Dreisenburg - Mortar-Ambush

After PSIC getting frequently shelled in the City of Nalans, Intel has located the position of the Mortar Squad responsible. Located in sector F2, Soalon Forces have settled near the Forrest.
To avoid further shelling, Dreisenburg forces have been sent to take care of the problem.

As it turns out, Intel has been correct. Soalon Forces established a Mortar Position on F2.

After oberving for a while, Sergeant Wolf estimates that no more than 3 Tangos are in the Building.

Dreisenburg Forces, taking up position. Sergeant Wolf took care to move up as far on the western side as possible, to have the advance covered by the forrest.

Dreisenburg Forces start the firefight. The LMG supresses the upper windows of the buidling, but Soalon Forces are quick to return fire, also laying LMG suppression out of the upper floor.

First tango down, dirt and debris litter the air as rounds are being exchanged.

Great scene and story. You've got lots of details in the diorama. I like the boombox and how you built those barrels from wheels. I think I recognize the mortar design. Nice use of the antenna for a support.

Yes, i tried to build sandbags, glad they are recognized .
