Two kind of ashigaru with jingasa and sashimono. Backbone of the army, the Empire, is able to dislay a fair amount of them for land combat. A Taiping bowman, originally hunters of the western broad plains, may serve as archer units. A Samurai from Mirumoto clan, elite fighters of the Green Banner, this warriors wield paired swords and carry light armor for more mobility. And a warrior monk from mount Wusong, swift, with no armor but deadly in melee combat. Don't get sidetracked by his cape. Quote
