AlexGdD Posted March 20, 2022 Posted March 20, 2022 Hi all, My name is Alexandre and I'm a French guy living near Bordeaux. I came back to Lego at 40 when I wanted to study the feasibility of a 3-wheels tilting machine, and discovered the joys of prototyping with MLCad and ordering tiny parts all over the world through Bricklink. I built the real-size 3 wheeler and it handled as per the Lego model, i.e. imperfectly ! But it was a great project to work on. I'm 48 now. I don't play with Lego often but when I do it can become... obsessive. I tend to build things that inspired me as a kid, trying to be faithful with their proportions. I've just discovered Blender and it's a delight to be able to make super clean pics as takings real photos of Lego can be a pain. I'll be happy to show you my builds in the appropriate sections (I still have to learn) ! I'm overjoyed with joining a place with so much inspirational work ! Cheers, Alexandre Quote
