Is it possible for Lego parts(discontinued mainly and parts in currently on sale) to be reproduced via injection molding or 3d printing by someone i.e. myself or someone else that are original(same colors, Lego logo trademark stamped on parts, same design measurements, etc) only for personal use and maybe sell commercially if I wanted too (not planning to sell commercially though mainly looking to reproduce parts as brand new)

I wouldn’t:

a) reproduce any Lego pieces, TLG are super protective of their patent and trademark

b) put TLG stamp on it, that could get you in real crap for counterfeit pieces (think of it as money)

c) sell counterfeit pieces at all (we saw how the LEPIN crap went down)

You have to get permission from LEGO to use their trademarked logo on products that you are making to sell if you don't want cease and desist letters or end up in court if you persist after the C&Ds.

I think there was a similar thread to this not too long ago. Apart from the massive copyright infringement issues involved - especially if you're even considering putting the Lego logo on what you make - getting the quality and tolerances of 3d printed bricks on par with genuine pieces is much more effort and cost than it might seem.

Short version: Personal use you would be fine. Selling them you get tricky. LEGO is copyright, you will be in trouble as soon as LEGO finds out, more so selling them.

Long version:
LEGO doesn't hold the copyright on classic plastic brick anymore. However they do on other pieces, more so the minifigure parts.
Companies make train track pieces and sell them for insane amounts of money. Not sure if they are any copies or just new curves.
LEGO is copyright so you couldn't have that on your brick. That be a huge no no. I'm surprised you even asked. That can get into areas of fraud even.
