The first LEGO Pirate sets

Ahaha nice. I like the little parrot on his head. I have never seen that set before. I wonder if there are others like that in the pirate theme.

LOVED seeing that Parrot actually built! I remember they had that page from Brick Kicks on the little booklets that used to come in sets, and I wanted to build one so bad. :) I actually tried once, but I only had the teeny, tiny little image of the instructions to work with. I only got about halfway through before I gave up, but the picture was so small I couldn't get the scale right...my parrot would have been two times bigger than this one, lol.

I bought set 4182 and place it in mine layout of the first pirate sets.
