Jeff of Clubs Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Flat-bottomed keel boats, such as this one, typify the commercial coastal and river traffic around the the island of ile Dionysus. This particular example 'The Lady of the Bog', has been fitted with a small swivel gun by the Oleon Navy in order to deter all but the most ambitious crooks. Designed with a mind for trading and exploration, these vessals routinely have large cargo capacity for many boats of their size. As a consequence, the boats can be seen to carry various cargos from mail, and equipment shipments for military outposts, to trade goods and cartographic equipment for private expeditions into the marshy interior of the island. Now, this particular, lowly flat boat is about to have its various potentials tested at the hands of a madman... Thanks all. To be licensed as my first ship. Class 1 Quote
Justsomebrix Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Great moc! I was just thinking of making a similarly small class 1~2 piragua to use my free licence. I really like the liveliness on the pictures, specially that last one Quote
CapOnBOBS Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 Wonderful and fun ship! The chain across the bow is a very nice little touch. Quote
Bodi Posted December 21, 2021 Posted December 21, 2021 A cute little boat, the rudder/tiler looks convincing and the last photo looks hilarious. Quote
NOD Posted December 21, 2021 Posted December 21, 2021 Nice little ship for coastal and river traffic. Very nice photos again. LT Gabbi was in a box in the previous story. Did he board the ship alone? Quote
blackdeathgr Posted December 21, 2021 Posted December 21, 2021 Awesome first vessel and I really love the photo-shooting angles you've chose!! As said, the last photo is blurry but epic! Hehehe! Quote

Then I just tossed a scene with him into the boat listing as a preview. The next scene will line it out. Thanks everyone. I am getting a New Orleans/Mississippi river feel from the isl Dionysus. Hence the keel boat. Edited December 21, 2021 by Jeff of Clubs Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Fine boat. I am sure that flat-bottomed boats will make the rocking world go round Quote
