Liebeer 9800 issue?

Just put the arm/jib onto the chassis and run the controller check for movement.

All seems ok but at the end of the travel/ full deflection ,there is a clicking noise. its sounds like gears still moving at full movement.

i was pretty accurate when seeting the piston lengths.

any info please?

Well, it sounds like you're just slipping the internal clutches on the linear actuators, so you shouldn't need to worry about breaking any parts at least. I'd just try re-synchronizing it in the app.

I think that's normal for the calibration step. As @2GodBDGlory said it's just the internal clutches of the linear actuators.
