Inside the town hall are the BoS forces led by the local general Tacitus Olloja, accused by the BoN for war crimes. Quote

I was actually inspired by the Prince of Persia sets to make this building, which in my head must have been an old palace of a sultan that has been converted over time as Nalans Town Hall. That's right, I think ( @TheBeeze correct if I'm wrong) that's Soalon and this campaign is a transposition of the actual Middle Eastern situation right now, so I transpose the culture and architecture of that world into my creations.
