Awesome!  I wasn't sure what the scale would be (I assumed minifig) and we impressed at this large creature!  The arms, rib cage and spin work very well.

It's from Witch Doctor from Hero Factory.

It is the head of the set 2283 Witch Doctor from the Hero Factory line.
