I don't mean kind of fake like Lepin that you can easily see that it is Lepin, not Lego

but kind of fake that it intends to cheat, even comes with the logo "Lego", and you don't

immediately see the difference unless you have to inspect closely or even bring to Lego store for their opinion

Not really? Nothing that matches the quality of LEGO attempts to copy the logo. The good quality brands all use their own markings.

The stuff that is counterfeit which does use a LEGO logo is usually more brittle plastic, or feels too light. The finish is poor or the "sound" is not right.
