Cube Brick Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 (edited) Howdy! Today I want to show you my version of a classic western Lego set 6761. As a kid I've always wanted to have this set, but never got a chance to get it, so now I made a much detailed version of it. The gang of bandits took an old gold mine as their hideout, but they are being attacked by cavalry soldiers, so now it's time for a shoot-out. A detailed review is avaliable on my YouTube channel: Enjoy 🤠 Edited August 4, 2021 by Cube Brick Quote
mrcp6d Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 This is a great interpretation! I had 6761 as a kid and I loved it, this update preserves the feel of the set for sure. As for techniques, the embedded wooden supports are a highlight for me and the way you crafted the wheel ruts is just fantastic. Quote
Servertijd Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 This is neat! I love those modern versions of older sets, especially the ones I grew up with! Western has stolen my heart and we see way too few builds in this genre! Quote
blackdeathgr Posted August 6, 2021 Posted August 6, 2021 Excellent terrain, ladder, rock-work and semi-derelict shack! Overall a really nice MOC! Quote
jtooker Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Great stairs! The whole MOC has a great feel to it and the details throughout are spectacular! Quote
zinnn Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 Looks amazing, took me a second to click how you made those stairs - great stuff :) Quote
BlackGloveBricks Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 This is like something out of a wild western movie. And I love it so much! Quote
