chris_austin Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 It may be limited to the Entertainer shop in my town (Yeovil) but they have the Incredible Cross-sections: The Locations book for sale for only £3.00! I just bought and it's an excellent book showing cross-sections of the major locations in the original trilogy such as Hoth, several Tatooine locations, Yavin 4, The Death Star and about 15 others. Get it if you can, whether you're a Star Wars fan or need some inside information for MOC building! Mods feel free to move this topic elsewhere Quote
Skipper 24 Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 Wow thats cheap i've never heard of that book. I'll see if they have it in my library. no one ever wants thestar wars books so I keep them for ages and renew them lots although I do own lot's of star wars books Quote
chris_austin Posted June 16, 2008 Author Posted June 16, 2008 I seriously recommend the books. There's one book for each of the prequel films' vehicles, one book for the Original Trilogy films' vehicles and another 4 books with locations! Loads of detail and it adds a bit of realism to the Star Wars universe (as if it needed any ) They are all a great read for fans and MOC builders Quote
Andrex Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Bizarre, I'd love to get my hand on this book. Could you take a look on the inside, see how old it is, or if there are any references that might help us find it? I seem to have heard of it before, but I can't see it anywhere! Not even in The Forbidden Planet . Many thanks! -- Andrex Quote

I'll get you all the info you need and post back tomorrow. I was surprised to see this book myself as usually it's just the vehicles and not locations that get cross-sectioned Quote
Andrex Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Ah brilliant! Does this one have the Sarlacc? I've seen one which has a beautiful cross section online! Many thanks. -- Andrex Quote
