(Harry potter) Can i combine HP 75969 and 75948 with new hp anniversary sets

Hey all.

Ive bought the clock tower and the astronomy tower recently and because you can combine them, i thought would it be possible to combine them as well with the new chamber of secrets?

I know the new anniversary "castle" sets are more modular, so it should be possible, but because of the chamber of secrets have an underground section as well, would it connect via the technic pins that are already in the clock and astronomy tower?

Or would it be better for me to try and grab the old great hall and the other castle sets, and then later buy the new anniversary sets, and then combine the older sets with the older sets, and the anniversary ones with the anniversary ones?

Does anyone have some advice for me?
