MOC - TIE Advanced x1 (Vader's ship)

After doing the other TIEs from the advanced program (the Advanced v1, the Avenger and also the Defender), it was time for me to also tackle Darth Vader's ship while I was at it. Looks really good! Is there a specific reason why you went with an all studded look on the wings this time compared to your other MOCs?

Yeah, the pictures I looked at when designing this ship had a distinct mesh structure on the solar panels (same as the interceptor) whereas most other TIEs have a smooth surface.

i think the studs actually approximate the mesh-look rather well.
