Two questions about the new City road plate

My first question is - From the box it is advertised that the lamps will glow in the dark, I'd like to know approximately how many years will it last before it no longer glows?

Second question is if you think this set will be sold for many years like the previous road plates before another new design comes out after many years?

Since it's new, we won't know about the glow-in-the-dark lights for a while.

And because it's City, it will probably last only a few years.
