European source for decal paper and clearcoat

Trying my first go at decaling soon. I had a look through the indexes (some very helpful info there), but I wasn't able to find info on sources of decal supplies in Europe. Any pointers would be appreciated.

There are loads of brands of waterside paper available on European amazon sites, ebay, etc. As for clearcut, most spray varnishes or lacquers are fine. You can even brush on a lacquer if you want.
