75827 mint in sealed box for trade

I have a 75827 Firehouse Headquarters for trade, mint in sealed box.   I am in the United States.      I am looking for the following:

Any complete 10210 (used is OK)

Any complete 70620 (used is OK)

If your 10210 or 70620 is sealed, I am open to the idea of throwing in some $ to even it out.    I will also entertain cash offers in crypto - BTC/ETH/LTC/BCH/USDC/Dai-  if you want to pay with something else let me know.
