Plural Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 Today while doing some work for Maths I found myself without a ruler. A dilema indeed. To remedy this I thought I would use a nearby 4x8 plate that I happened to have near me (or in other words one that I ripped of my Clone Turbo Tank). This made me wonder if anyone else has done something more peculiar with a piece of LEGO that has nothing to do with building. So, what is the most odd use of a piece of LEGO that you've done? Quote
Sir Dano Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 (edited) I've used these to hold a cake together while I iced it. And I used to use a 2x6 plate as a bookmark. Edited June 8, 2008 by sir dano Quote
Anubis Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 My mother once lost her knitting needles and proceeded to tear apart my newly built Lego "Exploding Pyramid" to get technic pieces as new ones Quote
iamded Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 One of the stands on my keyboard snapped off long ago, and recently I built a little replacement with bricks lying around (a 2x2 brick, 1x2 plate and this piece: ). It works perfectly too, right height and everything! ~Peace Quote
Matija Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 On my visit to Legoland, I managed to drop my camera on the (hard) floor, which caused the program-knob falling off. After some thinking, I tried to fix it using a screw and a piece of a rigid LEGO-hose :) It still works! Quote
