Bloody Bill found himself and his fleet towed into the Port of Jameston by Gustaf's Anti-Piracy Fleet.
Bloody Bill I hope your accomodations are up to expectations; a pair of men dressed in black appeared before Bills cell.

We have a proposition for you. Should you choose to aid us in our hunt for the Pirate known as "The Dragon", we can arrange for you and your ships to sail out of this port.  I remind you the Corries have quite the gallows erected for wanted Pirates such as yourself.

There was a long moment of silence before Bill reluctantly agreed to aid in the men's hunt.

You've choosen wisely my friend, the man in charge said as he handed a sealed parcel through the bars.

You will find the documents are in order for your ships with the Harbormaster.  All are listed under the name McAlister and if anyone asks your here trading sugar.  Your holds are empty but your outfitted with the neccicary supplies to reach a more friendly port. Unfortunately your ship the WTC Agnes has broken free of her tow ropes in route.  You have been compensated for your loss, even though she wasn't much more than a row boat.

The cell was opened and Bill revealed some very pertinent information to aid the hunt for The Dragon.

After their business was concluded Bill and his crew were escorted to their ships, eluding the hangman's noose for yet another day.

Comments more than welcome!

A shot without figs and a shot explaining how I posed the figs in the cell. IMG_20210219_235913695_HDRIMG_20210219_235855274_HDR

Well built prison cell and interesting story. Funny, the other pirate finds a bottle of rum and takes it as a souvenir.:pir-huzzah1:

Excellent explanation for the strange events reported in the KPA, and a good little vig. I really like the use of the handle pieces across the top of the cell doors. Good figure posing, too. And I second NOD's comment about the pirate grabbing the bottle. Nice touch!

Good luck to Gustaf in his search for The Dragon. I look forward to seeing more of this story on future turns.

Nice build. I like the extensive of brown pieces. Good story too.

Thank you.  The brown was quite on purpose ... I wanted a way for the figures to pop and the background to feel unimportant to the story even though it is.   So essentially everything not brown is important lol.

I'm glad the handles were well received ...I wanted to give the feeling that the bars for the roof were built together so this solution was born.

I look forward to the direction this story goes as well!

That prison cell is sooo well-built and clever. I love the chains coming through the ceiling to hold up the bunk beds. An interesting build for sure!
