This guy with his cheesy mustache clearly does not look sick at all... he just looks like he is there to pick up nurses. So what I did is create a truly sick minifig. Here is my decal. Have you considered a double-sided head, one normal and one sick? That's about the only thing I could think of to add anything to this, it's a good job, thanks for sharing it! Quote
