Hey guys! I'm an opera director in normal life, but sadly all live opera has been cancelled for the last year. So I decided to make a stop motion opera out of Lego! The opera is from 1901 based on the fairtytale of The Little Mermaid, which is why I posted it in the historical forum (If LOTR is allowed, surely fairytales!)

This is really marvellous! Great work with finding all the appropriate expressions for the Rusalka, and the decor and camera movement are briliant. Professional work, indeed!
I hope we'll see more operas of this kind (and, oh, well, real operas and concerts too, hopefully soon...).

Beautiful! I like the use of alternate faces for singing. Looks much better than the old days of brickfilming when mouth movements were achieved in MS Paint... I hope this inspires more opera inspired brickfilms and MOCs!
